Privacy notice

This is a translation of our Czech privacy notice; the Czech original is linked at the bottom of this page.

Here you can read what growkore stores when you join the waitlist, why we do it, and how you can change or delete it.

Who is the controller

The controller of your personal data is eacks s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 19812701, with its registered office at Hejná 53, 341 01 Hejná, registered in the commercial register kept by the Regional Court in Plzeň (Krajský soud v Plzni), section C, insert 44341.

If you have questions or requests (access to your data, correction, deletion), contact us at soukromi@growkore.com, or by post at the controller's address.

What data we process

When you join the waitlist, we store:

• your email address,
• your consent: the exact wording you saw and the time you gave it,
• technical details about how you got to the website: the UTM tags from the link (source, medium, campaign) and the domain of the page you came from,
• the status of your signup (unconfirmed, confirmed, unsubscribed), the time and number of confirmation emails sent, and the time of confirmation,
• optionally, in the same signup form, your answers to four questionnaire questions: who you are, how many people work at your company, what bothers you most, and how much you spend on marketing per month. You do not have to answer.

We do not store your IP address with your signup, either in the database or in the spreadsheet. The service keeps it briefly in memory to protect against abuse (limiting the number of attempts), and the hosting provider (Google Cloud Run) writes it to its operational logs. The website itself does not use cookies or any measurement tools.

Why and on what basis

We use the data only to add you to the waitlist, to verify your email with a confirmation email, and to contact you with an invitation when there is room. Your questionnaire answers help us understand who is interested in growkore.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). It is voluntary, but without it we cannot add you to the list.

Your signup is valid only once you click the confirmation link in the email. The confirmation link is valid for 7 days. After you confirm, our team may receive an email notification with your address, the time, and details about how you got to the website (this is switched on in the waitlist administration).

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. To run the service, we use these processors:

• Google Cloud (Firestore and Cloud Run): running the service and storing signups,
• Google Sheets: a copy of signups for our team,
• mailbox hosting provider Active24 / Websupport: sending confirmation emails.

The database (Firestore) is in Frankfurt and the service runs in Belgium. Google Sheets also keeps the version history of the file. For Google Sheets and for the library loaded from a third-party server, we have no influence over the country in which they process the data.

We serve the fonts of the growkore.com main page from our own server. When that page is displayed, the browser downloads only the library for the 3D scene from cdnjs.cloudflare.com, whose operator can therefore see your IP address. This privacy notice page loads nothing of the kind.

How long we keep the data

• We delete an unconfirmed signup (when you do not click the link in the email) 30 days after it was recorded. The cleanup runs while the service is operating, so the deletion may be slightly delayed.
• We keep a confirmed signup until you withdraw your consent or until the waitlist ends.
• When you unsubscribe, we stop writing to you. We keep the record (address, status and the data from your signup, including any questionnaire answers) marked as unsubscribed, so that we do not email you by mistake and can show that you unsubscribed (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). We delete it on request.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and get a copy of it (access),
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• ask for deletion,
• restrict processing,
• receive your data in a machine-readable format and pass it to another controller (portability),
• withdraw your consent at any time, using the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails, by writing to soukromi@growkore.com, or by post at the controller's address. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

If you believe we are handling your data improperly, you can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
